Load a lifter's log
Pick the CSV training logs you want to work from. Each lifter shows up in the dropdown at the top — choose one and every week becomes its own checklist you can tick off as you train.
CSV files must start with #Name,… on the very first row — that name is what you'll pick from the dropdown. You can also load a .json file you previously saved from this app to restore a lifter's full program and progress. Files that are neither are skipped.

Week
Manage program
Preview, edit, and reorganise the loaded program — edit, add, delete, or reorder exercises, add or delete days, delete weeks, and replace or merge a day or a whole week from another program you import. The imported program is temporary and is discarded when you go back.
Progression and load-management views for the whole loaded program. Estimated 1RM and volume are built from the programmed sets; adherence and ACWR use what you've actually ticked off as Done and Skipped.
An elite-style meet-day ramp from an empty 20 kg bar up through your opener, second, and third attempt (your 1RM). Bench gets a couple of extra warm-up steps since it's less fatiguing; deadlift gets fewer since it's usually the last, most taxing lift of the day.
RPE Estimator
Turn a one-rep max into a full RPE → %1RM load chart, with a separate curve per lift. Runs as its own self-contained tool — it keeps its own settings and doesn't touch your loaded programs.
Can't see the tool? It lives in rpe-estimator.html next to this file — make sure both are uploaded together.
Open it in a new tab.
Compare programs
Load two programs side by side — a CSV training log or a Spotter JSON export from either one — to compare tonnage, number of lifts, intensity, top sets, and estimated 1RM week by week. Nothing here is saved or added to your lifter list.
